B.JOINING PROCESS
In order for me to understand Angelo's problem i asked him who was his company in their home and i able to knew from him that he had a four sisters and three brothers.
C.PRESENTING PROBLEMS
ACCORDING TO HIS TEACHER:
Angelo was an attention seeker,he is smart in time of activities and recitation but unfortunately he was fond to absent also.
ACCORDING TO HIS PARENTS:
Angelo is very naughty, sometimes he wasn't followed what his mother told him to do.
ACCORDING TO HIS BROTHER AND SISTERS:
Their brother is moody that sometimes he will follow you but there's a time that he wouldn't mind what you are saying.

E.THERAPEUTIC FRAMEWORK
One factor that affects on Angelo's learning is lack of time of parents to monitor his studies.it is very important that the child physical, emotional, and intellectual domain is conditioned upon entering school.As what Ivan Pavlov concept about classical conditioning. he must first explain to the child why he must go to school without too much money or 'baon'. Developmental and social factors is one also of the factors that affect on child's learning. It is related to the "learner centered psychological principles." cognitive emotional and social development of individual and how the interpret life experiences are affected by prior schooling home culture and community factors. If the child's experience in home is good the learning that may occur on child is positive because he had that supportive and encouraging environment. It is very important to show our support on the child learning to be able to feel by the child that he is deserving to learn and to enhance the skills he have. The quality of personal relationship that provide stability, trust and caring an increase learner's sense of belonging, self respect and self acceptance and provide positive for learning. If the parents have time for their child's learning the child will feel love and accepted by his environment.
F.PROGNOSIS
According to what I observed, Angelo's problem is, lack of attention of his parents and some of his needs not being meet. This relationship with his family is not good as other families. They don't have money when he is schooling thats why in time of his snack he was awkward to his classmates who are buying foods while he was just in a corner. His parents doesn't have time to check if he had an assignment or not and how's his day in school. His sisters and brothers didn't care also. He was also fond to absent as he reason that he don't have that "baon", and his family doesn't care if he absent or not.
G.THERAPEUTIC PLAN
G.1. Knowledge Building
1. In knowledge building my plan is to be able to understand him why his parents doesn't have time for them.because this is one of the factor that affect his studies, so what i did is i conduct a story telling about "ang masipag na magulang" after that story i asked him what is the moral lesson he learned and i explain to him the possible reason why his parents is so busy,that they have to work both in order to provide their needs such as foods and their expenses in school.
G.2 Skills Building
2.In skills i asked him to draw what he wants to draw, he draw a happy family and when i asked him why he draw such that drawing he said that he wants also a happy family because they are not happy as the reason that their parents had no time for them. i conduct a drawing activity because i want him to develop his skills in draw because according to his sisters his good in art.
G.3. Attitude Building
3.My plan in attitude building is to be able to develop his attitude of being kindness and be a good follower so i told him a story about a young boy who is very kind, that the young boy in the story got a lots of gifts if theres an occasion because he was kind that's why there's a lot of people appreciated his kindness. After that story Angelo said that he wants also to receive a lot of gifts so i asked him what to do to have a lot of gifts, he said that he will going to become kind and he would now follow his brothers and sisters.

I. Therapeutic Progress
As were doing that activity i got an easy time because he know how to listen and he also responding to my questions. In our activity in drawing I just let him draw what he wants to draw. I realized that time that drawing is one of the activities that caught his attention because when I saw him he was so very enjoyed.
Our last activity is about story telling and the title of the story is "Ang Masunuring Bata". My purpose that time is for him to realize that he must follow what his family told him to do. I also tell him that God loves those children that are kind to their parents. After the story he told me that he will now become kind so that he will also receive many rewards like what happened to the character in the story.
J. Therapeutic Results
As we did all those interventions I'm glad that he is cooperating with me. You can see in his action that he wants also to study well but because there is a factor that affects his learning it was being neglected.
I also talk to the parents that their child needs their attention especially if there is a program in the school. They must also explain to Angelo why sometimes they cannot give him money so that the child will understand their situation. The mother of Angelo told me that they are gong to do their best to have family bonding with each other.
K.Summary. Conclusion and Recommendation
Angelo's problem is about his family that he doesn't feel the love and belongingness which are very important to a child and those are also in the hierarchy needs of the child according to Maslow. Therefore I conclude that those are the factors that affect his learning where he use to absent because he was been neglected by his parents even if he a smart boy.
I recommend that his sisters and brothers spend time to make bond with Angelo especially if there are no classes and they must also care to help their brother in doing his assignments or teach him about his lessons. The parents must be on hands about the learning of their child and they must also monitor what he is doing in school by simply asking Angelo.
L. Implication to Education and Assessment for Young Children
As a Global Educator we must be very careful in assessing young children because we are not just an instructor but we are also a therapist who looks into the roots of problem of the child to be able for us therapist to maker right strategies in teaching them as well as in making activities that will develop and enhance their skills. We must also know how to collaborate to the parents of the children because we can get a lot of information to them to be able to understand the problem of their child.
